Delete Account – M-fono
At M-fono, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated information.
How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1: Within the App
- Open the M-fono app
- Navigate to Profile
- Tap on Delete Account
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Option 2: Request via Email
If you are unable to access your account, you can request deletion via email:

Request Account DeletionPlease include the following:
- Your registered email address
- Your full name (optional)
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Saved shipping and billing addresses
- Order history and preferences
- Account settings and profile data
Data Retention
- Records may be retained for up to 90 days
- Data required for fraud prevention or dispute resolution
Processing Time
- Account deletion requests are processed within 3 working days
- You will receive a confirmation once your data has been deleted
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- All associated data and history will be lost
