One press:

Plays and pauses audio. Also answers and ends calls.

Double press:

Skips the track forward.

Triple press:

Skips the track backward.

Press and hold:

Cycles between ANC, ‘Transparency mode’, which is intended to let you hear ambient sound while listening to audio, and both modes off. You can change this command to activate voice assistant in the companion app.
